| When will I receive my evaluation? |

If you are uploading a video, you should receive an evaluation via email within 48-76 hours of your submission. If you are sending in a video or photo, we will email your evaluation within 5 business days of receiving your materials. |
| I haven't yet received my evaluation. |

If it's been over 5 business days since you paid for and sent in your video, and you still haven't received an emailed evaluation from us, please check to make sure that we have your correct email address.

| What is the return policy? |

Refunds can only be given PRIOR to your videos or photos being uploaded or submitted. Sorry, but once you've uploaded or submitted your video, there are no returns or refunds. We don't give refunds if you are dissatisfied with the evaluation that AreUaStar gives you. The evaluations are solely the opinions of AreUaStar and are highly subjective, based on our many years of experience in the Motion Picture and Television business.
