1)   The easiest and fastest way - use our video/photo uploader!  Once you've ordered your Gold Star, Silver Star or Photo Only package online, you'll be on your way to getting your AreUaStar evaluation in no time!



OR


2)   Mail-in option, you can order the Gold Star, Silver Star or Photo Only package online and then mail us a video tape (Mini  DV), DVD or photograph of yourself .
